Australian Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping to any location in Australia for a flat rate of $7 per order, regardless of size or weight of goods purchased.

International Shipping

While we do not offer shipping to locations outside Australia we are happy to provide a custom quote for shipping to your country. Please contact us with your details and we will discuss it with you further.

Your shipping Address

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect once they are on their way to you,.

The delivery address cannot be a PO Box or Freight Forwarding location.

Returns

We are a small business and not able to offer returns for change of mind.

If you decide you no longer want a purchased item we will happily exchange if for either a different stocked item, or for store credit. Store credit is processed as an electronic gift card and remains valid for up to 2 years.

If you wish to exchange an item, you will first need to return the original item intact, at your own expense. We will not be responsible for returned items that are damaged in transit.

Damaged or faulty goods

If your purchase arrives damaged or is faulty, we will, if possible, ship an identical item to you free of charge. If that is not possible, we will offer a full refund.

Before we can replace or refund the purchase we will first require photographic proof of any damage. Further, we may also require you to first return the damaged/faulty goods before we send a replacement or refund. In this case we will cover the cost of the return shipping.
